Errol Arthur has lived in our community for more than 20 years.  Previously, he worked for the DC Government in the Human Resource department.  Today, Mr. Arthur wns Minuteman Press located in 3421 14th Street, NW.

Neftali Granados, Executive Vice President
Morazán Grocery, Owner

Since immigrating to Washington, DC from El Salvador in 1982, Mr. Granados has been a successful local entrepreneur. Mr. Granados opened Morazán Grocery on 3928 14th Street in 1993, and has since opened two other grocery stores in Gaithersburg, MD. Mr. Granados was a founding board member of Tivoli North, and is also an active board of director for the Mid-Atlantic Chamber of Commerce.

James A. Gentry, Treasurer
G&T Sports Center, Owner

Since 1977, G&T Sports Center has provided athletic uniforms for local youth athletic teams, and over 30 years later, Mr. Gentry remains an active leader in the community and a beloved sports coach in the area.

Nebiyou Haddis, Secretary
14th Street Mini Market, Owner

Mr. Haddis has owned the beautiful 14th Street Mini-Market on 14th and Randolph Streets, NW.  Originally from Ethiopia and with a background in pharmaceuticals, Mr. Haddis ventured to run his own business over 15 years ago with his wife and close relatives.  Today, 14th Street Mini-Market has a vibrant mural painted on its side and has plans to develop an outdoor family-oriented cafe.

Jorge Granados, Board member
Owner, Granados Investments, LLC

Jorge Granados has been a property owner in Columbia Heights and a community activist in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for over 25 years. Mr. Granados is the founder of Realty Pros, a commercial and residential real estate firm, and Granados Investments, LLC. He is also a founding member of CASA de Maryland and Clinica del Pueblo, and the current Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN). Mr. Granados has had his real estate license for over 20 years and holds an associate’s degree in architecture and engineering.

Azizi Baqy, Board member
Washington Pizza, Owner

Mr. Baqy is the current owner of Washington Pizza, a local delivery and carry-out venue that bakes pizza, subs, chicken wings, and gyros.  Prior to owning Washington Pizza, Mr. Baqy worked as an economist for multinational non-governmental institutions.
